Have you entered an incorrect delivery address? Then call immediately! If you are lucky, your package is not yet in the mail and we can change the address with our carrier. We will do our utmost to help you, but if the package has already been sent, there is probably nothing we can do.

Unfortunately it is not possible to change orders. If you contact our team quickly, the order may still be canceled.

Unfortunately, we cannot always prevent emails from ending up in the spam box. Therefore, always check first whether the email you are missing is there. If that is not the case, you can of course always contact us by e-mail or telephone.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within a period of 10 working days after you have received the order. This can be done at the pick up point (Spinveld 49, 4815 HV Breda) or by post.

You can return your order, provided it is in the same condition as received and complete. If damaged/worn items are returned, no credit will be issued and the items will not be reshipped.

Items that cannot be returned are items from sale, free gifts or promotional items.

We expect to receive your return within 5 working days after your shipment in our warehouse. We aim to refund the purchase amount within 5 working days. Please note that we can only refund in the same way that payment was made.

Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

Once your items are delivered to our warehouse and inspected, your store credit will be issued. To ensure the health and safety of our staff and supply chain, please allow longer than usual processing times for returns during these times.

At Nine Yards we have different payment methods. These are IDEAL, Paypal and Apple Pay.

You can use this tool to put together a disaster. Here you can express all your wishes for your own disaster. We will deliver it and you can assemble it yourself.
